Custom metal & glass, made in our Sydney workshop.
Fabcon Fabrications is a metal and glass fabrication workshop based in Sydney. Every gate, fence, screen and balustrade we make is built to order and installed by our own qualified team. No subcontractors, no off-the-shelf kits.
We take care of the parts other shops rush: clean welds, even spacing, and powder-coat finishes that hold up to the weather for years.

Featured project
A feature staircase balustrade.
Every vertical bar on this balustrade was bent to the same curve and welded into a single panel. We ground the welds back by hand and finished it in satin black. It sits in a double-height entry as the first thing you see walking in.

Site Visit & Measure
We come to your place, look at the job and measure up. Every opening is a bit different.

Drawings & Quote
You get shop drawings and a fixed-price quote. We adjust it until you are happy with the design.

Fabricate
We cut, weld and finish everything in our Sydney workshop, built to Australian Standards.

Install
We install it, set up any automation, test it and clean up before we leave.

Yes. We fabricate in aluminium, steel and stainless steel, and we install frameless and semi-frameless glass for pool fencing and balustrades. Most jobs combine the two.
Yes. We build glass and metal pool fencing to AS 1926.1, including the 1.2m height and non-climbable zone rules, with self-closing and self-latching gates.
Yes. Interior and exterior balustrades are made to the National Construction Code for height and gap spacing, so they pass inspection indoors and out.
We design, fabricate and install across Sydney from our Chipping Norton workshop. Tell us your suburb when you enquire and we will confirm.
Most jobs run two to four weeks from approved drawings to install, depending on size and finish. You get a clear timeline with your quote.
